How much are day passes, cabanas, and daybeds? Day Passes Monday – Friday | $25 Saturday | $50 Sunday | $50 Cabana & Daybed Minimums Max capacity of Cabana is eight (8) | Purchase of a Cabana comes with eight(8) wristbands Up to two (2) Guests per Daybed Check-in starts at 10:30AM. Service ends at 5PM. Guests can remain in the Cabana area until closing time. Does Sycuan provide guests with complimentary floaties? Yes, the Retreat has inner tubes available at no additional expense.
Can those who are not hotel guests access the pool? Yes. Retreat has a limited number of Day Passes for sale, based upon availability; they can purchase Day Passes at https://retreatpoolscabanas.yapsody.com/
Does the Pool Bar and Grill Serve Food? Yes. The Pool Bar and Grill features Tropical, Caribbean, and Latin style cuisine.
Can I order food from inside the casino and bring it to the pool? No outside food can be brought into the pool area; Starbucks coffee is permitted.
Will Club Sycuan card members have access to the pool? Black & Diamond Card members will be granted 2 complimentary admissions. Additional tickets can be purchased if available at https://retreatpoolscabanas.yapsody.com/
Does Retreat have Happy Hour or offer any specials? At this time, Retreat does not offer Happy Hour or any specials.
Are children under the age of 21 permitted to access the pool? Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted to access the pool grounds.
I have checked out of my room and am waiting to depart the resort, may I bring my luggage to the pool? We do not allow luggage in the pool area. Guests are welcome to check their luggage at the Bell Desk.
Are there any items not allowed in the pool that I may not think of? For the safety of our staff and guests we do not allow the following items in the pool area: Food and Beverage not purchased at Retreat, bluetooth speakers, and bottled water (or any liquids).
Can I decorate my cabana for a special occasion? Yes, we allow our guests to decorate their cabanas. Decorations cannot permanently alter or cause damage to cabanas. Please be aware that a cleaning fee will be applied. Decorations must not include glitter, confetti, or obscene objects.
