Can those who are not hotel guests access the pool? No. During the Winter Pool Season, only registered Hotel Guests (Valid Wristband Required at all times) are allowed to use the pool. Cabanas, Daybeds, & Day Passes are unavailable for the season
Are children under the age of 21 permitted to access the pool? No. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted access to the pool grounds.
Is there Food & Bar Service? No. During the Winter Pool Season, the Retreat Bar(s) and Kitchen will be closed.
Can I order food from inside the casino and bring it to the pool? Yes. Hotel guests are welcome to bring food and beverages purchased from inside the casino to enjoy at the pool (must be in plastic container). No outside food is permitted.
What items are not allowed in the pool? The following items are prohibited: Glass, Personal Coolers/Ice Chests, Personal Speakers, Outside Food & Beverage (Food Purchased from Sycuan Venues is Allowed)
Are all of the pools available for use? Only the Upper Pool will be open for use during the Winter Pool Season. The Main Pool and Lazy River are closed.
I have checked out of my room and am waiting to depart the resort, may I bring my luggage to the pool? No, we do not allow luggage in the pool area. Guests are welcome to check their luggage at the Bell Desk until they are ready to depart.
