Touchdown Bingo Frenzy

1. This promotion is open to all Bingo players who purchase the Touch Down Frenzy Package.
2. This promotion will apply to all Bingo sessions on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Excluding Special Events
3. Each guest will receive one drawing ticket for each Touch Down Frenzy package purchased during the Matinee and Evening sessions.
4. Tickets are non-transferable. A valid date will be printed on each ticket.
5. Players must deposit drawing ticket(s) into the drawing barrel in the Bingo area next to the caller stand. Once tickets are placed in the barrel, they may not be removed.
6. Players must have an initial buy-in for the Evening session on Saturday, February 7, 2026, and must be present to win.
7. Drawings will take place after the Super Jackpot game during the Evening session on Saturday, February 7, 2026.
8. The winners’ names will be drawn from the barrel by Security and announced from the Bingo caller’s stand. Each winner’s name will be read three times. If the winner selected does not respond within the third time the name is called, another name will be drawn.
9. 7 winners will be drawn, and each winner will receive a $7,000 cash prize. The cash prize will be redeemed by a Bingo Clerk. The pay master will give the money to the Bingo Clerk to payout each winner.
10. The Bingo Team Member will request a current government issued picture identification and Club Sycuan membership card from each cash winner.
a. Once the winner’s identification and prize has been confirmed, the Bingo team member will have the winner sign a Winner’s Log and W-9 (cash prizes only).
b. If a winner is a non-resident of the United States, a Bingo Team Member will request a Tax ID #. If the winner cannot provide a Tax ID #, a 1042-S must be filled out at the time the winner’s identification is verified and a complete Resort Advantage account must be confirmed. The mandatory withholdings will be taken for tax purposes by the Bingo Management and returned to the pay master that is in possession of the 1042-S. Players are responsible for taxes on winnings over $600.
c. Once the necessary paperwork is in order, the Bingo Clerk will be responsible for making the cash payment to each winner. The Bingo Clerk will sign the Winner’s Log confirming the transaction has been made. All promotions are open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests must have a Club Sycuan card to play Bingo.
11. You must be 21 or older and have a current/valid government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and participate in this promotion. You must have an initial Bingo buy-in to participate in Bingo promotions.
12. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission, or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions.
All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot
participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while assigned to work at the Casino.
13. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort, and Gaming
Commission are not allowed to participate in gaming activities.
14. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for
future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.
15. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions, or
jackpot winnings.
16. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above promotion rules.
17. Bingo management can modify or cancel any promotion without advance notice.
