Padres 2023 Opening Series Earn & Win

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to be a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. To participate, Club Sycuan members must earn a minimum of three-hundred and ninety-four (394) total points beginning at 12:00am on Thursday, March 30 through 11:59pm on Sunday, April 2. Qualification times for promotional points are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from gaming machine or when play time ends at the tables.

4. Eligible participants can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk throughout the casino beginning at 12:00am on Thursday, March 30 through 11:59pm on Sunday, April 2.

5. Once the kiosk is activated, the participant will touch the “Padres Opening Series Earn & Win” box to receive their printed voucher. The participant only needs to earn the points. Points will not be deducted from the participant’s account when the voucher is redeemed.

6. Printed voucher can be redeemed beginning at 12:00am on Thursday, March 30 through 11:59pm on Sunday, April 2 at the Main Club Sycuan desk to receive one (1) San Diego Padres Hat, wholesale price $2.40. A total of 5,000 hats will be available during the promotion. If the inventory is available, additional hats may be added to the promotion, at Sycuan Casino Resort management discretion.

7. Prizes are only available Thursday, March 30 through Sunday, April 2, while supplies last. FREEplay consolation prizes will not be available if supplies are exhausted.

8. Club Sycuan members must provide current government-issued picture identification to verify their identity when redeeming the voucher. Limit one (1) hat per eligible Club Sycuan member for the duration of the promotion. Prize is non-transferable. No rain checks will be issued. Items have no cash value and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

9. All “Padres Opening Series Earn & Win” participants who receive a printed voucher for a San Diego Padres Hat will receive (1) electronic entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. Slots, Table Games, Poker and Bingo participants can earn (1) additional entry into the Grand Prize Drawing for every twenty-five (25) points earned.

10. Club Sycuan members can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk throughout the Casino to check their entries and current point balances. No printed entries will be issued to participants.

11. Entries are not applicable toward comps or greater Club Sycuan status (i.e. Promotion to the next tier level. e.g. Elite Club Sycuan member status to Diamond Club Sycuan member status).

12. The number of additional entries issued is calculated from participants’ tracked gaming play using their Club Sycuan membership card from 12:00am on Thursday, March 30 through 11:59pm on Sunday, April 2. The Grand Prize Drawing promotion will close on the kiosks at 11:59pm on Sunday, April 2.

13. The electronic Grand Prize Drawing will take place on Monday, April 3.

14. One (1) winner will received a one-night stay at Sycuan Casino Resort in the San Diego Padres Suite with $100 Resort Credit and Cabana at Retreat for one (1) day, valued at $694.00. Expires December 31, 2023. The winner will also receive two (2) tickets to an upcoming Padres game, valued at $150.00. The game will be determined by Sycuan Casino Resort. The winner is not required to be present to win and will be notified via phone and/or email.

15. The prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and may not be substituted by the winner. Hotel rooms are based on availability and blackout dates may apply. Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a hotel room. A valid credit card is required for incidentals when making a hotel reservation. Sycuan Casino Resort is not responsible if prize is lost, stolen or used without permission.

16. The winner will have until Monday, April 17 to claim their prize at Sycuan Casino Resort. Delivery is not included. If the winner declines the prize or it goes unclaimed, a redraw will not be conducted.

17. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for prizes will be issued during this time.

18. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

19. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

20. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

21. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

22. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

23. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

24. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
