NO LIMIT HOLD’EM $10,000 TOURNAMENTS

1. This tournament is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this tournament can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the casino with a valid government-issued picture identification.

2. Players must be 21 years of age or older in order to participate in Poker’s No Limit Hold’em “$10,000 Tournaments”.

3. Poker’s No Limit Hold’em “$10,000 Tournaments” will take place Saturday June 10th at 10am, Saturday July 8th at 10am and August 12th at 10am.

4. Play 40 hours of live no limit Hold’em from May 1st to May 31st and qualify to play in a $10,000 tournament on June 10th with just a $25 administrative fee.
Play 40 hours of live no limit Hold’em from June 1st to June 30th and qualify to play in a $10,000 tournament on July 8th with just a $25 administrative fee.
Play 40 hours of live no limit Hold’em from July 1st to July 31st and qualify to play in a $10,000 tournament on August 12th with just a $25 administrative fee this will be distributed as follows:
a. House revenue fee = $15 b. Dealer fee = $7
c. Administrator Fee = $2 d. Bonus fee = $1

5. Tournament will be funded by the Jackpot reserve as follows:
1st: $3,000
2nd:$1,500
3rd:$1,200
4th:$1,000 5th:$800 6th:$700 7th:$600 8th:$500 9th:$400 10th:$300

6. Tournament Jackpot Bonus will be payed when Aces full of Kings or better is beaten by 4 of a kind or better (Both cards must play). Only the two players that are involved in the hand will get paid (No Player share).
a. Both hole cards must play in both hands.
b. Both hands must beat the board, no ties.
c. All live hands must be shown.
d. The qualifying bad beat hand must be the best hand to lose at showdown.
e. The winning hand will get $200 cash and the losing hand will get $400 cash.
f. Jackpot bonus payouts will be paid from a Chip Runner’s Imprest Bank, as outlined in Policy and Procedure Chip Runner Imprest Bank ID: 333.
g. The hand will be verified by the manager and then play will resume.

7. Poker’s “No Limit Hold’em” $10,000 Tournaments No Limit Hold’em Tournament structure is as follows:
a. Each level is determined by management
b. Breaks at Management discretion.
d. Late entries will be allowed up to the start of the third (3) level and dealt in immediately (do not have to wait for the blinds) and will receive a full starting stack.
e. Ante will come from the Big Blind Only. The Big Blind is posted before the Ante. f. This tournament will seat up to 10-players per table.
g. Management decisions are final and without recourse.
h. No discussing a chop until at least 50% of the players have been eliminated.

8. All Policies and Procedures as stated in P&P ID: 319 for Poker tournaments and Poker operations (including general tournament rules, bank controls, deck controls, and record keeping) will remain applicable.

9. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government or internationally imposed fees.

10. Tribal Members may participate in this event.

11. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions, jackpots winnings or allowed to participate in tournaments.

12. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

13. Participation in this tournament constitutes an agreement to the above rules of the tournament.

14. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or tournament rules and/or tampering with the tournament in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

15. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this tournament at any time without advance notice.

16. A floor manager will fill out a tournament log for all winnings. Each winner will have to sign the log to confirm receiving their winnings.
