Official Rules

1. This promotion is open to new Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are currently members of Club Sycuan are not eligible to participate. Sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification. Additional identification required for Club Sycuan First Responders and Freedom Card holders.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.
3. Upon joining, new Club Sycuan members will be enrolled in the “New Member” promotion, by way of Club Sycuan, on the kiosk.

4. The “New Member” promotion is valid on any Club Sycuan kiosk after activation until the following day at midnight. For example, if a new member signs up at 9:00am on Monday, the “New Member” promotion is valid on any Club Sycuan kiosk until midnight on the following Tuesday.

5. Club Sycuan members can then swipe their Club Sycuan card once at any Club Sycuan kiosk to receive an iComp or FREEplay prize ranging from $5 – $20.

6. Once the “New Member” kiosk game is activated, participants will be prompted to touch an item on the screen and their iComp or FREEplay prize will appear.

7. Participants can play the promotion kiosk game only once.

8. All iComp and FREEplay prizes will be automatically placed on the participant’s account. Printed tickets and receipts are not necessary for this promotion.

9. iComps are valid for six (6) months.

10. FREEplay won during this promotion is valid for fourteen (14) days from the day it is issued.

11. Slot FREEplay won in this promotion can only be used on slot machines and cannot be exchanged for Table Games FREEplay chips.

12. The “New Member” kiosk game is for entertainment purposes only. The actual prize awarded is generated randomly at the time of the initial swipe made by the participant, not by the choice made by the participant during the game.

13. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend issuing points until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for points will be issued during this time.

14. All winners are responsible for any other applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

15. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

16. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at the Casino.

17. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

18. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

19. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

20. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
