Mystery Cash Splash Envelopes

1. Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate in this jackpot bonus.

2. Players may participate in Poker’s “Cash Splash Mystery Envelopes” jackpot bonus by actively playing in any jackpot eligible Poker game.

3. Poker’s “Cash Splash Mystery Envelopes” jackpot bonus will run on Mondays and Tuesdays from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.

4. Poker’s “Cash Splash Envelopes” jackpot bonus will stop running August 31st.

5. A “Cash Splash” is money added to the main pot by the house before a hand begins.

6. Beginning at 5:00pm, two (2) tables will be drawn every thirty (30) minutes to receive a Mystery Cash Splash Envelope.

7. The “Mystery Cash Splashes” will consist of Eighteen (18) pre-stuffed envelopes, totaling $1,600.

8. Each pre-stuffed envelope will contain a laminated card with the value of the prize.
a. Eight (8) envelopes will contain $50.00, each envelope consisting of a laminated card with the value of the prize.
b. Four (4) envelopes will contain $75.00, each envelope consisting of a laminated card with the value of the prize.
c. Two (2) envelopes will contain $100.00, each envelope consisting of a laminated card with the value of the prize.
d. Two (2) envelopes will contain $150.00, each envelope consisting of a laminated card with the value of the prize.
e. Two (2) envelopes will contain $200.00, each envelope consisting of a laminated card with the value of the prize.

9. Qualifying tables will be drawn by computer program.

10. In the event of a computer malfunction or lack of computer access, cards or plaques (or other available devices designated by Sycuan Poker Management) clearly denoted with table numbers (and/or seat numbers) of eligible tables will be drawn by a Sycuan Poker Room representative.

11. A new game will not be considered eligible unless the first hand is dealt before the drawing takes place.

12. In the event that there is only one (1) jackpot eligible game, that table will automatically win the (2) Cash Splash Envelopes.

13. If any table receives multiple cash splashes, the cash splash will be added to different successive hands played.

14. A new player being seated in a game must have been dealt in before the time of the drawing to be eligible to win any cash splash.

15. A player must be jackpot eligible at the time of the table being drawn to be eligible to win a cash splash.

16. Ineligible players will not be dealt into the Cash Splash hand

17. If an ineligible player wins the main pot or portion thereof, the cash splash or portion will carry over to the next hand.

18. In the event of a Poker Jackpot, the player with the winning hand will receive their jackpot share in addition to Poker’s “Cash Splash Mystery Envelopes” jackpot bonus prize.

19. If any other jackpot bonuses are running concurrently with Poker’s “Cash Splash Mystery Envelopes” jackpot bonus the player may receive their bonus prize in addition to the Envelope Cash Splash.

20. Players may win multiple times per the course of Poker’s “Cash Splash Mystery Envelopes” jackpot bonus.

21. Any Jackpot Bonus moneys $200 or less, won in hand-related play, will be added to the players stack at the table.

22. Jackpot Mystery Splash payouts will be paid from a Chip Runner’s Imprest Bank, as outlined in Policy and Procedure Chip Runner Imprest Bank ID: 333.

23. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for the entries will be issued during this time.

24. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

25. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

26. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

27. Participation in this even constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.
