MEGA QUADS

1. You must be 21 years of age or older to participate in this jackpot bonus and have a current government-issued picture identification.
2. Players may participate in Poker’s “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus by actively playing in any jackpot eligible poker game.

3. Poker’s “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus will run on the following:
a. Monday through Sunday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.
b. Monday through Sunday from 5:00pm to 12:00am.
c. Monday through Sunday immediately following the conclusion of Grave promotion/jackpot bonus until 8am.

4. Poker’s “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus will not run simultaneously with the following jackpot bonuses:
a. Poker’s “Football Fever”
b. Poker’s “Football Playoffs”
c. Poker’s “Football Power Play”

5. In the event of a Football game occurring during Poker’s “Mega Quads” regularly scheduled jackpot bonus:
a. “Mega Quads” will only run immediately after the conclusion of the last football game of that day.
b. Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays “Mega Quads” will start at the conclusion of the night game.

6. A player wins the “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus prize by making qualifying hands while playing in any jackpot eligible poker game. If Quads is the winning hand, the player must have a pocket pair in their hands. If making a straight flush or royal flush, both cards in their hand must play. The qualifying hands are as follows:

Hold’em Omaha
4 of a Kind : Deuces through Aces 4 of a Kind: Nines through Kings
Straight Flush Straight Flush
Royal Flush Royal Flush

7. All qualifying hands and the equivalent “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus prizes will be posted in the Poker Room during the days and hours of the bonus.

8. A player making a qualifying hand will be awarded the following prize:
a. 4 of a Kind – each specific game type will have a “Designated Hand”
b. The “Designated Hand” will award the posted “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus prize
c. Hold’em posted prize values will have a maximum limit of $2,000.
d. Omaha posted prize values will have a maximum limit of $1,000.
e. Qualifying hands not denoted as the “Designated Hand” will award a prize of $100.
f. Straight Flush will award a flat rate prize of $100.
g. Royal Flush will award the posted prize for Hold’em players
h. Royal Flush for Omaha players will receive a flat rate prize of $100.

9. When the “Designated Hand” is hit, the “Designated Hand” will move onto the next ‘4 of a Kind’ qualifying hand in sequential order ranking from lowest to highest (i.e. Quad 2’s, Quad 3’s, Quad 4’s, Quad 5’s, Quad 6’s, Quad 7’s, Quad 8’s, Quad 9’s, Quad 10’s, Quad Jacks, Quad Queens, Quad Kings, Quad Aces) and continue to repeat from lowest to highest in sequential order.
10. Each ‘4 of a Kind’ qualifying hand and Royal Flush will restart at the amount of $100 each time the “Designated Hand” qualifying hand and/or Royal Flush is hit.

11. At the start of each 5:00pm session the prize value for each Hold’em ‘4 of a Kind’ qualifying hand and Royal Flush will increase by $50 and Omaha hands will increase by $25.
a. Hold’em posted prize will posted with a maximum of $2,000 and Omaha posted prize values will pay a maximum of $1,000.

12. Both hole cards must play for a hand to qualify in Hold’em. Hole cards must beat, and cannot tie the community cards on the board.

13. The player’s hand does not need to be the winning hand to win the bonus.

14. In the event of a Poker Jackpot, the players with qualifying hands will receive their choice of; their Jackpot share, OR the “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus prize for their hand. If a player receives the “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus prize, their Jackpot share will be returned to the posted Jackpot total.

15. If the “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus is discontinued, no more monies will be added to the “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus when a “Mega Quads” qualifying hand hits. However, the bonus will continue to run 24 hours per day, 7 days per week until all the “Mega Quads” qualifying hands have been hit and the value for each hand is $0. All flat rate prizes will be discontinued (i.e. Straight Flush qualifying hand, qualifying hands not denoted as the “Designated Hand”, etc.).

16. If any other Jackpot bonuses are running concurrently with “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus, the player will receive their bonus prize in addition to the “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus prize.

17. Players may win multiple times over the course of this bonus.

18. “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus payouts will be paid from a Chip Runner’s Imprest Bank, as outlined in Policy and Procedure Chip Runner Imprest Bank ID: 333.

19. Any “Mega Quads” jackpot bonus moneys less than $200, won in hand-related play, will be added to the player’s stack at the table.

20. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks will be issued during this time.

21. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600.00 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

22. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot bonus winnings.

23. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

24. Participation in this jackpot bonus constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

25. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or jackpot bonus rules and/or tampering with the jackpot bonus in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

26. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this jackpot bonus at any time without advance notice.

2) Players may participate “Tournament Receipt Double Pay” by buying an entry in either the Sycuan morning or evening poker tournaments. All (Mega Quads payouts) will be double with a valid tournament receipt for the correct session. MSPT receipts will apply as well.

3) The “Tournament Receipt Double Pay” will run every day and starts at 12:00pm and run until 6:00pm with a Sycuan morning tournament receipt (or a MSPT receipt for a tournament starting at or before 2pm). The evening session will run from 6:30pm until 12:00am with a receipt from the Sycuan evening tournament receipt (or a MSPT receipt for a tournament starting after 2pm) The double pay will be active once you have played in the tournament and been eliminated or the tournament is over.

4) Swing Shift Mega Quads for both Hold’em, and Omaha games.

5) Dayshift Mega Quads for both Hold’em and Omaha games

6) This Jackpot Bonus does not include any other Jackpot or Jackpot Bonus.

7) Tournament receipts are non-transferrable. The name on the receipt must match the players Sycuan Club Card and/or government issues I.D. in order to claim the prize.
