Independence Day Gas Card Hot Seats

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. To qualify, participants must be actively playing in a Jackpot eligible game only, and must be playing with their Club Sycuan Card.

4. A total of seventy-five (75) $50.00 Gas Cards will be given away on Monday, July 4.

5. The Hot Seat Drawings will be conducted every half hour on the promotional day from 12:00pm – 12:00am for a total of twenty-five (25) drawings.

6. At each drawing time, a designated Poker representative will use the Bravo application software to electronically draw three (3) Club Sycuan Members at random every half hour for a total of seventy-five (75) winners.

7. Winners must provide current government-issued picture identification and their Club Sycuan card to verify their identity. Once their identity has been verified, they will receive their prize.

8. A participant can only win once every half hour on the promotional day, but can win multiple times during the promotional day.

9. In the event that there is no game, any remaining Gas Cards will be added at the end of the drawing. Example: 12:30am and so on until all Gas Cards are given out.

10. Sycuan Casino Resort will not replace lost or stolen gas cards.

11. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for prizes will be issued during this time.

12. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

13. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

14. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

15. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

16. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

17. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

18. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
