EASTER SURPRISE

1. A Bingo buy-in receipt is required for each session the drawing is taking place.

2. All players will receive one (1) drawing voucher per session purchased to deposit into the drawing barrel on Sunday, April 9.

3. The drawings will take place after the House Drawings for all Matinee sessions and before the Super Jackpot game during the Evening session.

4. Tickets are non-transferable. A valid date will be printed on each ticket.

5. A locked drawing barrel will be placed in front of the caller stand (under camera surveillance) for guests to deposit their vouchers.

6. Players must deposit drawing tickets into the drawing barrel in the Bingo area next to the
caller stand. Once tickets are placed in barrel, they may not be removed.

7. The drawing barrel will be emptied after each drawing takes place.

8. A total of twelve (12) names will be drawn on Sunday, April 9. Three (3) names will be drawn each session by a designated team member and announced from the Bingo caller’s stand. Each winner’s name will be read three times. If the winner selected does not respond within the third time of the name being called, another name will be drawn.

9. Each of the winners, in order of verification, will choose an oversized Easter Bunny stuffed animal holding an envelope. For each Matinee session, two (2) envelopes will contain $250 cash and one (1) envelope will contain $1,000 cash. For the Evening session, two (2) envelopes will contain $500 cash and one (1) envelope will contain $3,000 cash.

10. Winners will keep the Easter bunny stuffed animal. Bunnies may not be exchanged for money, certificates, or comps.

11. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

12. The player must show current government-issued picture identification and Club Sycuan card to claim the prize for record purposes. Bingo Management will fill out a winner’s log and send to accounting.

13. This promotion is only open to Club Sycuan members who also have an initial Bingo buy-in on Sunday, April 9. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

14. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

15. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at the Casino. However, these groups may accept the promotional giveaway items that may be available with the Bingo buy-in.

16. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort, and Gaming Commission are not allowed to gamble on the premises.

17. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

18. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

19. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

20. Bingo management has the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without advance notice.
