Sycuan Poker’s “Cash Back” Promotion
March 1, 2022 – January 18, 2023
Official Rules
1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan booth in the casino.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid government-issued picture identification to be a Club Sycuan member and participate in this promotion.

3. Players may participate in Poker’s “Cash Back” promotion by actively playing in any jackpot eligible Hold’em, or Omaha, poker game.

4. Players can begin earning time during each monthly qualifying period:

• a. March – March 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022

• b. April – April 4, 2022 to April 28, 2022

• c. May – May 2, 2022 to May 31, 2022

• d. June – June 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022

• e. July – July 4, 2022 to July 28, 2022

• f. August – August 1, 2022 to August 31, 2022

• g. September – September 5, 2022 to September 29, 2022

• h. October – October 3, 2022 to October 27, 2022

• i. November – November 1, 2022 to November 30, 2022

j. December – December 1, 2022 to December 29, 2022

5. A Player’s total earned time will be calculated only during their play on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday from 12:00am to 11:59pm during the qualifying period.

6. Players will not earn time while walking from their game. A minimum of 50% of the hours played must be done in jackpot eligible games.

7. It is the player’s responsibility to present their Club Sycuan card to the dealer when being seated in a Poker game or changing tables. If a player needs a card made, a Poker Representative will assist.

8. A player will earn the following reward based on the hours of play within the qualifying period. Players are eligible for one reward only.

• a. $100.00 – between 35-54.9 hours of play

• b. $200.00 – between 55-69.9 hours of play

• c. $300.00 – between 70-84.9 hours of play

• d. $400.00 – between 85-99.9 hours of play

e. $500.00 – 100+ hours of play

9. A player’s reward can only be redeemed at the Poker Cage during their normal hours of operation on the following dates:

• a. March – April 1, 2022 through April 10, 2022

• b. April – May 6, 2022 through May 16, 2022

• c. May – June 3, 2022 through June 12, 2022

• d. June – July 1, 2022 through July 10, 2022

• e. July – August 5, 2022 through August 14, 2022

• f. August – September 2, 2022 through September 11, 2022

• g. September – October 7, 2022 through October 16, 2022

• h. October – November 4, 2022 through November 13, 2022

• i. November – December 2, 2022 through December 11, 2022

j. December – January 6, 2023 through January 15, 2023

10. If a guest is unable to claim their “Cash Back” incentive during the approved collection period due to extenuating circumstances, the Poker Manager or above may approve the payout after the time frame listed.

11. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600.00 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

12. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

13. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the Poker Representative that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

14. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

15. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

16. Sycuan Management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
