1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with current government- issued picture identification.
2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.
3. To qualify, participants must earn two-hundred and fifty (250) slot points beginning at 5:00pm on the promotional day and must be actively playing on a slot machine using their Club Sycuan membership card. Qualification times for promotional points are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from gaming machine.
4. The Hot Seat Drawings will be conducted every hour from 6:00pm – Midnight for a total of seven (7) drawings.
5. At each drawing time, a designated Club Sycuan or Marketing representative will use the Hot Seat application software to electronically draw one (1) Black or Diamond Club Sycuan card member and one (1) Club Sycuan member from any tier at random every hour for a total of fourteen (14) winners.
6. The qualified participants seated, actively playing with their Club Sycuan membership card at the winning slot machines will each win the following cash prizes:

7. Winners must provide current government-issued picture identification and their Club Sycuan membership card to verify their identity. Once their identity has been verified, they will receive their prize.

8. Participants can win once per promotional day, with the exception of the Grand Finale drawing at Midnight each Friday. They must be playing to qualify at the time the hot seat winner is drawn. If the winner can’t be located at the drawn slot machine location, a new winner will be drawn until a winner is verified.
9. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved.
10. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.
11. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.
12. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.
13. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.
14. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.
15. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.
16. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
