“8 Days of Giftaways” Social Media Promotion

Official Rules

1. Social Media giveaway promotions are open to Club Sycuan members only. Non-members may participate in the promotion but must sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino before collecting any prizes.
2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member.
3. Participants can participate in the promotion by visiting the Sycuan Casino Resort social media pages (on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) and following the directions outlined in the post starting December 18, 2019.
   1. Following the prompt on each social media post (ie. commenting, liking, and/or tagging)
   2. Liking/Following our social media channels in which the prompt was posted: Facebook, Twitter or Instagram
   3. Entering their email and social media handle on our landing page
4.  Once completed, the participant is entered into the drawing. Incomplete entry submissions will automatically be disqualified.
5. The 8 Days of Gift-Aways will feature eight (8) gifts to give away across all social platforms leading up to Christmas, December 25, 2019. Each gift will be won by one (1) participant who will then choose another person to receive the same gift for a total of sixteen (16) gifts to be given away. Winners will be announced via email.
6. Sycuan Casino Resort Gift Cards won during this promotion are redeemable for merchandise or services at Sycuan Casino and Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan. If any gift cards are lost, stolen or used without permission, they cannot be replaced. Gift Cards may not be used for gambling purposes.
7. Hotel rooms are based on availability and blackout dates may apply. Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a hotel room.
8. Participants who win a gift card and are non-residents of the United States will not receive the Gift Card prize. The prize will be reverted to cash and the mandatory withholding will be taken for tax purposes at the cash cage.
9. Advance reservations are required for Spa Ritual services, subject to blackout dates. Service fees, gratuity and alcohol are not included in the Complimentary Spa Treatment.
10. Entries for each day’s Gift-Away will start at 11:00AM and will end at 11:59PM.
11. Selections for each day’s Gift-Away will occur at 10AM the day after participants enter.
12. Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and may not be substituted by the winner.
13. Prizes must be claimed in person by December 31, 2019 at 11:59PM at the Club Sycuan main desk by both winners of the giftaway. After this date, the winner forfeits their prize.
14. Winner will be required to provide a valid current government-issued picture identification, print out of the winning email and proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.
15. Winner must allow for a photograph and/or video to be taken of them claiming their prize. Winner agrees to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their photograph/video and likeness for any future marketing, social media marketing, and promotional purposes without further compensation. If the winner does not want to be photographed, they will forfeit the prize.
16. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more entries using multiple email addresses, or any other method will void that participant’s entries and the participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to enter is prohibited and will automatically result in disqualification.
17. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Limit one (1) submission through the entirety of the promotion, not including the bonus entries. Excessive entries will not be considered.
18. Facebook and/or Twitter does not sponsor, administer or endorse this promotion.
19. In the event of technical difficulty or failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks will be issued during this time.
20. All winners are responsible for any other applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.
21. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.
22. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort social media promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort social media promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the participant to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.
23. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.
24. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
25. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to Sycuan Casino Resort and not to Facebook/Twitter.

26. Participation in this promotion constitutes acknowledgement, agreement and understanding to the above rules of the promotion.
